When processed using the wet or washed method, where the fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying, Jimma coffee exhibits remarkable aromatic complexity and intensity, with a particular emphasis on floral notes. Limu coffee
Limmu coffee is a high-quality wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee that exhibits law acidity, yet is somehow sharp.
